These Terms of Service govern your use of BDP Airways services and website. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Charter Services

BDP Airways provides private jet charter services under FAA Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. All charter arrangements are subject to aircraft availability, weather conditions, and applicable regulations.

Booking and Payment

Charter bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed charter agreement and deposit. Final pricing is confirmed at time of booking. Cancellation fees apply as specified in your charter agreement.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for valid travel documents, compliance with customs and immigration requirements, and adherence to BDP Airways safety policies and crew instructions at all times.

Liability Limitations

BDP Airways maintains comprehensive aviation insurance. Our liability for flight delays, cancellations due to weather or regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control is limited as specified in your charter agreement.

Safety Policy

BDP Airways maintains the right to cancel or delay any flight that our crew or operations team determines poses a safety risk. Passenger safety is our paramount concern.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in New York County, NY.
